The Master Alchemy of Sorrow

Sometimes what created the sorrow was so painful that the only aspect of consciousness that can carry it is Source—which aligns you to the remembrance of your belonging.

If our heart fills with sorrow, it will get heavy and weigh us down if we don't consciously acknowledge the sorrow.
Not acknowledging it to wish it away, nor reliving the thoughts and experiences that may have led to the sorrow—but allowing the tears of the heart to move through moments where the heart needs a moment to release the water, the tears, and transmute the sorrow into wisdom that alchemizes what has been into love.
Through our breath, we connect to Source—the spark that brought us into life. Within this is a birthright for love, self-love, honor, and a heart that breathes the comfort of love.
When you allow sorrow through the covenant of Source, and connect to it through breath, you are breathing into the remembrance of Source—the remembrance of your presence where sorrow is integrated into the beauty of having life, absent of the construct of pain and grief.
Within this comes the alignment of stillness of mind, gifted through the presence of Source, as it has taken the tears of the heart and transmuted them into the present moment within breath. Within this presence will be a whisper of Source: a lightness within your heart as the tears have transmuted into a golden light, a stillness, a warmth.
For some of us, the sorrow we feel is a collective sorrow—for the Earth, for humanity, within humanity. We can feel the Earth absorbing the sorrow of those who have suffered and feel left in their suffering. But this is the master alchemy of sorrow: that within the tears of sorrow is the remembrance of sovereignty, soul origin, and the beauty and love of Source. There is also our capacity to honor others through our breath, releasing them into their honor, healing, and restoration within breath.
