You Are Divinely Valued

When we awaken conscious perception, we feel connected to Humanity as a whole. We realize that what we feel can co-create within humanity as a whole.

Within our expression of self-love, we are one with divine potential and its rhythm within humanity. Within self-love, we are living in harmony as an expression of Earth's gifts with an effortless capacity to honor others.

It is within self-love that we allow our lives to be defined by love. It is what allows us to care about ourselves, others, and experiences—receiving opportunities within our day-to-day that serve to celebrate our courage, wisdom, and the willingness to let go of everything that is not allowing us to live within its expression.

Activation Practice

Take a moment to sit quietly and focus on the rhythm of your breath.

As you slow down and move into mindful stillness, observe where you are harboring an expectation that is removing you from connecting to the beauty of humanity as a whole. What do you expect or need to happen within your life to accept others or a situation?

When you connect to this expectation, see yourself placing that expectation into a small wooden box, written as a sentence on a small piece of paper. Close the lid of the box, sealing it inside.

Visualize picking up your wooden box containing your small prayer and dropping it into a fire. Sit quietly, feeling it disintegrate into the flames, turning into smoke. See the smoke rise up and turn golden as you whisper gratitude to the universe for moving your perception and the moment into a mindful assimilation of peace.

Continue to sit and breathe.

As you breathe, see yourself walk away from the fire holding a magnificent dove that represents where you were stuck. Walking alongside you are many in humanity, carrying a dove as well, holding the same tension and separation from love.

Visualize yourself walking through a gate into a thick, golden-pink light. Raise your arms up and allow the dove to fly free into the pink light of love and self-appreciation. Watch everyone with you do the same.

Now, take your arms and wrap them around yourself—holding yourself within your own arms, feeling honored for your courage, fortitude, resilience, and capacity to love yourself, others, and all of humanity.
